About us

Any property owner can outsource the financial and technical management of their premises to TOM Vastgoedbeheer. Whether you want to let your residential or other property as a private investor, or you are moving abroad for a while, we will be glad to take care of all those activities associated with the lease of your property. In addition you can contact us for commercial real estate management and VVE Management.

Our management activities include dealing with keeping all the correspondence associated with the rented property, the rent collection, financial reporting and technical management.

Rent collection
The rent is collected every month by TOM Vastgoedbeheer and is subsequently transferred to your account. For your records, we also send you a current overview of payments. It is also TOM Vastgoedbeheer’s responsibility to make sure the tenant pays the rent on time. In the event of arrears in payments, tenants receive a reminder.

Administration
Our administrative responsibilities include processing annual rent increases (indexation) in accordance with the guidelines, and drawing up final settlements.

Inspection
On handover, at the start or end of the tenancy agreement (the check-in and check-out), one of our staff is always present. He or she will make sure that an inspection report is drawn up recording the current condition of the property.

Maintenance and complaints
Any complaints about maintenance or other issues will be dealt quickly and efficiently by TOM Vastgoedbeheer.
